Rail and Poster Showcase
You are invited to the Rail and Poster Showcase where authors will present their work directly to all delegates attending EuroBrake and can meet with interested delegates for in-depth technical discussions.
New for 2018 are the short presentations within each session. These will accompany a selection of the posters on display and are intended as an introduction to the authors' work.
Rail and Poster Showcase timings and poster display
The session timings are as follows:
Rail Showcase: 14:40-15:20 Tuesday 22 May
Poster Showcase: 15:20-16:00 Tuesday 22 May
Posters will be on display in the Mississippi Foyer throughout the conference. Authors will be available to discuss their posters during the Showcase sessions and also during the break following the session from 16:00-16:20.
The final abstract for each paper will appear in downloadable form on the EuroBrake 2018 App

The EuroBrake app will include abstracts for all papers: full written papers, oral-only presentations and posters.
Best Poster prizes
This year Posters will be judged by a panel of experts from the EuroBrake Steering Committee, Braking Industry and Academia.
The best posters will be awarded as follows:
1st Place - EUR 500
2nd Place - EUR 300
3rd Place - EUR 200
Best Posters will be recognised at the EuroBrake Dinner on Wednesday 23 May.
